Freedom in Christ Colorado is associated with Freedom in Christ Ministries (FICM-USA) headquartered in Knoxville, TN. FICM was founded  in1989 with a view towards helping Christians determine why they as believers are not experiencing their freedom in Christ and why they are not experiencing the abundant life that Jesus promised as recorded in the gospel of John (10:10).

Freedom in Christ Colorado is comprised of  Christians who are free in Christ and who are Community Freedom Ministry Associates (CFMA) or teachers who are teaching the freedom message, under CFMA supervision, based upon the books Victory Over the Darkness and The Bondage Breaker by Neil T. Anderson. The foundation of the ministry is  God's Word.

The desire of Freedom in Christ Colorado is to continue to help Christians find their freedom in Christ and to live by the power of the Holy Spirit.
